Handwoven silk dupion pieces
This beautiful fabric is commonly known as wild silk. The unique features of this fabric are the irregular slubs running across the weft.
For projects that require smaller amounts such as cushion fronts and framed pictures, these pieces are perfect - enough for the main piece and a little left over for experimentation, too!
They measure approx. 50cm x 50cm (length x width) and are no less than 2500 cms square.
Note: If you order more than one piece, then the required length will be cut from the roll as one piece where possible.
These are all supplied by James Hare Silks of Bradford and so are top quality dupion. The colour names are the same as their catalogue refernce though I would question some of them - such as Denim Blue, as I have never seen Denim quite that colour...
